Muscle Firing Patterns
It doesn’t matter how strong, big or powerful your muscles are, if the firing sequence is wrong this will result in an inefficient movement. For example if your glutes are under-active, surrounding muscles can become more dominant. These are then put under more stress which can result in pain, tight muscles or even injury. By applying a few specific tests we can determine the firing patterns of the major muscle groups in your legs, back and shoulders. We can then provide an appropriate stretching and exercise programme to correct any problems.
